Practice makes perfect

Minggu ketiga Ramadhan ni saya dan abg menambahkan pahala dgn mnjemput tetamu berbuka kat umah...sape lg kalu bkn saya yg masak...dgn dibantu oleh abg.. Rusuhan pun dah reda kat Birm ni. Just jemput kwn2 terdekat...n kebetulan ada kwn yg dh nk blk Mlysia for good n ada yg nk blk collect data for 3 months. InsyaAllah, kalu ada rezeki dan kesihatan mngizinkan nnt raya bleh jemput kwn2 lain dtg mkn kat umah plak. Lagi pun tak smpt buat house warming pun lps pindah ke umah baru ni.

Saya ni bkn pandai sgt nak masak masakan yg special...masak ape yg termampu..yg penting org tersayang ckp...sedappppp...Ni menu yg dimasak utk tetamu mggu ni...

Menu utk ahad:
-          Ikan sea brim sweet sour
-          Ayam goreng tepung
-          Kangkung tumis belacan
-          Puding jagung
-          Buah honeydew
-          Air teh o

Menu utk selasa:
-          Ikan siakap masak 3 rasa
-          Sup tulang
-          Sayur campur
-          Popia goreng (niat di hati nk buat popia sira pedas, tp tak sempat)

Riots in England

For the first time I do not feel safe to be here when violence has broken out in several cities around England. There was unrest in cities including London, Manchester, Salford, Liverpool, Nottingham and Birmingham, with shops being looted and set alight.. Don't know exactly the reason... Various opinions have been expressed and disputed among politicians, in the press and elsewhere suggesting possible contributory factors to the unrest including:
  • Fatal shooting of a suspect by the police
  • The lack of response by the police when confronted by the protest
  • Local tensions with police
  • Criminal opportunism
  • Recreational violence
  • Gang culture
  • High unemployment and cuts in public services
  • Economic crisis
  • Poverty
  • Multiculturism
It all started after the fatal shooting of a 29-year-old man, on 4 August 2011 by police In Tottenham, North London. Even though keadaan di bumi Birm masih terkawal but we need to be alert all the time and keep off the road at night..just got msg from friends yg geng2 ni dah start pegi ketuk rumah ...there will be a woman yg ketuk then bila pintu dibuka 4 men will go in. Kesimpulannya, smua berada dlm keadaan ketakutan skrg...nak pegi Uni pun rasa tak selamat. Malaysia community kat sini dah siap sediakan tempat utk berlindung kalu keadaan memaksa.

Last night dijangkakan Birm is going to be madness but Alhamdulillah stkt ni no violence reported. Maybe berkat Allah menurunkan hjn dari lps berbuka smlm hingga pg. Really hope everything will back to normal soon. Smoga smua rakyat Malaysia di England sentiasa dlm lindungan Allah dan dijauhkan dari segala kejahatan..Amiinnn..

Let Us Learn Welsh

From 29-31 July 2011, we were in Wales, a country that is part of the UK. For me, it is a very nice country to visit with many tourist attractions especially the mountain area which is called Snowdonia National Park. But, for this entry, I do not want to reveal the uniqueness of the places that we have visited. For 3 days there, we learned a few words of the Welsh language, spoken as a first language by the majority of the population, while English becomes as a second language. I never know that they have a special language. Fortunately, road signs in Wales are generally in both English and Welsh. Here are some of the signs....enjoy learning Welsh....

Ramadhan Kareem

Sedar tak sedar hari ni dah 3 Ramadhan. Alhamdulillah...saya dah berjaya puasa penuh utk 3 hari..hehe...mcm budak2  baru nak blajar puasa je kn bunyinya. Yelah...mstila saya hepi sbb bjaya menempuh cabaran puasa 18 jam dgn penuh kepayahan. Bila dah pkul 2 keatas angin puting beliung pun mula menyerang perut saya ni eventhough tiap2 hari saya sahur...mulala rasa loya yg teramat sgt..tu yg plg tak tahan.  Puasla saya pujuk baby ni duk elok2 jgn kacau ibu puasa. Azam utk Ramadhan thn ni nak puasa penuh..harap2 dimakbulkan. Bkn senang nk dpt puasa penuh...

Wpun thn ni dah tak berbuka n bsahur sorg2 lg kat bumi Birm ni...jauh di sudut hati still rasa rindukan suasana Ramadhan di tanah air tercinta...rindu nk berbuka kat kmpung dgn fmly...rindu nak pegi terawih kat masjid...rindu nak pegi bazar ramadhan...alamak, dah start dah jiwang2...cukup2...nnt makin melarat..hehe...

Last but not least...Salam Ramadhan buat smua fmly dan kwn2 tak kira di mana berada. Smoga amalan pd Ramadhan thn ni lebih baik dari thn2 sebelum ni..InsyaAllah...
